  1. Our customers are individuals and businesses who have purchased or signed up for one of our online products.
  2. Subscribers are individuals who sign up for free or paid coaching content from our Sites. If you submit your email to download a PDF, or to sign up for our email list, you are probably a subscriber. Subscriber data includes but is not limited to first name, last name, phone number and email address.
  3. Individuals at external venues who provide information in order to sign up for our email list for the purpose of receiving information about our products and services, newsletters, and announcements, etc., and individuals who provide comments on our blog posts.

Depending on your use of our Sites or direct interaction with us, we collect two types of information: personal information and non-personal information. Non-personal information is information that cannot be used or combined with other information to identify or contact you. This includes browser types, domain names, and statistical data involving the use or our Sites.

We are an LLC incorporated in the United States. We do not operate offices in other countries as of the date of this Privacy Policy.
